Ordering Information


To place an order please send the specifications of the instrument, your complete postal adress and phone number either by email or letter to the following address:

Please make up your mind before you actually place an order to avoid any confusion. If possible please avoid multiple correspondences since sorting out different messages on the same topic is a very time consuming business.


To process your order we need a deposit of 20% of the total price.

Please note: This deposit covers the purchase of the materials for your instrument and will not be refunded if the order is cancelled.

Please mark your transfer with your name and the desired instrument (+ customer number if applicable) to to avoid confusion. You will get an ordering confirmation with all your specs listed as soon as your deposit has arrived.

Delivery dates

Each instrument is individually crafted to your specifications, this leads to a waiting list for different types of instruments.

Due to the additional amount of repairwork here in the shop it is not possible to give exact delivery dates.

Delivery & Collection

Once your instrument is ready we notify you and you will receive your invoice. If you prefer to collect your instrument at our workshop, please make an appointment. Shipping is done by DHL and will have to be paid by the customer (cash on delivery).


Payment must be made in advance and can be made by either bank draft or international money order. When collecting the instrument at our workshop, please pay in cash.
